NOTICE OF SALE OF VESSELS

Dog River Marina hereby gives notice that in order to collect storage and other charges, it will sell to the highest bidder for cash at its place of business on 5004 Dauphin Island Pkwy., Mobile, Alabama at NOON on May 24, 2013, the following described two vessels: Sailing Vessel SOLIWAY MIST, her mast, boom, fiberglass hull, 50 feet in length, her engine, etc., claimed to be owned by Frank Mullenix; Fishing Vessel VT, fiberglass over wood hull, 50 feet in length, her engine, etc., said to be owned by Dr. John Whiley, as each vessel now lays ashore on blocks at said Marina and may be viewed by contacting Rudy Ganus at 251-471-5449. Payment of highest bid shall be made in 20% cash, day of sale, 80% balance within two business days after date of sale or forfeit 20% deposit. Vessels sold free and clear of liens, but “as is, where is” condition. Vessels must be removed from Marina within one week after closing of sale.
